Ingredients

18 oz. block cream cheese (softened)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts (well drained & chopped)
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach (well drained)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With a mixer on medium, mix the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and garlic together. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, pepper, artichokes, and spinach. Pour mixture into your USA Pan 9" Pie Pan. Top with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with chips, toasted baguette, or crackers. ENJOY!
